When people are tested on what they’ve learned, it strengthens memory, deepens retention, and locks in behavior. Without testing? The brain flushes it out like junk mail. Content → Testing → Feedback → Behavior Change → Results. That’s the cycle. Miss a step, you lose the ROI. If you can’t measure or monitor real-world behavior change, your training isn’t an investment. It’s an expensive reward. And worse—it pulls your team away from what actually makes you money. Want them to truly master it? Make them apply it. Make them teach it. And for the love of profits—test them until it sticks.
